Only Left hand Layout for a Full-Sized Keyboard
Reflector: Space
Shift: Shift
Keyboard Layout: QWERTY Full-Size
Usage: Use only your left hand for touch typing, with your left-hand thumb managing reflection.
This configuration enables efficient touch typing using only your left hand. Place your left hand on the Home Row (ASDF) and position your left-hand thumb over the Space bar, allowing it to also reach the N key.
By positioning your left-hand thumb as described, you can seamlessly perform reflection simultaneously. This ergonomic layout minimizes your left hand's horizontal movement, keeping your left hand stationary on the keyboard's left side while your left-hand thumb reflects the right-side keys to be accessible beneath your left-hand fingers.
Here is how your keyboard looks in its normal state:
And here is how your keyboard looks when the reflector is held down:
Since the Space bar acts as the reflector and the N key types a space, there’s no need to move your hand to reach another key for spacing—it’s conveniently positioned beneath your thumb. This setup streamlines typing, allowing for an intuitive and fluid experience for users who rely primarily on their left hand.
